Visiting professor Dan Tappan from the USA for teaching at the faculty

Prof. Dan Tappan from Eastern Washington University is currently visiting the THI as a visiting professor. Students on the Bachelor's degree programmes in Aircraft and Vehicle Informatics and Artificial Intelligence have the opportunity to follow Prof. Tappan's explanations of his areas of specialisation in English in three courses.

This is Prof. Tappan's first time at THI, but he knows Germany well. There are plans for student exchanges with East Washington University in the future - perhaps students and lecturer will meet again then. Prof. Tappan's stay is sponsored by the Bavarian Visiting Professorship Programme.
