In the Bachelor`s degree Robotics, our students also learn, among other things, to programme our lightweight robots for applications in human-robot collaboration. By adding cameras for image processing and machine learning, by targeted use of the compliance mode for force-fit contour tracking and by equipping the lightweight robot with multi-finger grippers for gripping irregularly shaped objects. These learning experiences will certainly benefit our students in the future when it comes to making robots cooperative, safe and robust for final assembly in industry or for use in private households.
