8 students, 4 WI professors (Prof. Dr. Daniel Großmann, Prof. Dr. Robert Götz, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Schlickewei, Prof. Dr. Gerd Schwandner) and 1 M professor (Prof. Dr. Harald Göllinger) participated in the Spring School at our partner university UFSC Joinville. There were lectures, thematic workshops and visits to the local companies BMW, Pollux and Magna. The topics covered were #IndustrialIot, Automotive #intralogistics, Applications of #machinelearning und eine #entrepreneurship Challenge.
Besides the work, there was enough time to get to know the country and its people. The German participants were enthusiastic about the hospitality in Joinville. All participants praised the good organisation, the German-Brazilian exchange and advocated for a repeat of the Spring School!
