Why did you decide on this degree programme?
It was clear to me from the beginning that I wanted to study something technical. In my free time, I like to do various sports and have already tried out a few things. When I heard about biomechanics, I knew immediately that it was exactly what I wanted to do.
What are the contents of your studies?
In the first part of your studies, you deal intensively with the basics of mechanical engineering. Then, in the second part of the course, there is a specific focus on biomechanics with the sub-areas of man-machine interaction as well as sports and rehabilitation technology.
What character traits should you bring with you for this degree programme?
You should bring a certain discipline and motivation to your studies. There should also be a certain interest in the interface between people and technology.
What has been the best experience in your studies so far?
Freshers' Week with all the new impressions and the cool stands of the student associations.
