Financing

Most doctoral candidates are employed as research associates and work on publicly funded or industry-sponsored research projects at FORTEC. The dissertation topics are normally closely related to the research projects.
Financing the doctorate phase with grants or with your own funds is also possible. Generally, dissertations can also be written externally. The possibility of this has, however, to be clarified on an individual basis.
