The Germany Scholarship for students of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt

Who can apply?

  • Bachelor and Master students of all courses of study within the standard period of study. Applicants must be enrolled at Ingolstadt University of Technology.
  • Applicants who are about to start studying at Ingolstadt University of Technology

What are the criteria for awarding the scholarships?

The selection of scholarship holders is mainly based on the average grade point average of the study achievements to date (deadline: 11.09.). For first-year students in Bachelor's and Master's programmes, the average grade of the university entrance qualification or Master's entrance qualification is used.

Special social and societal commitment as well as the following personal or family circumstances lead to an improvement of the grade (max. 0.4 points):

  • Care of own children
  • Care of relatives with a proven level of care at home
  • Severe disability
  • Migration background

The deduction is made only once, even if several of the criteria are met.

It is not possible to receive several scholarships at the same time!
We expressly point out that the Germany Scholarship will not be awarded if you are already receiving another gifted/performance-related material support from another institution that exceeds 30.00 € per month.

When do I have to apply?

  • Applications are open to all students from September 15 to October 15 each year.

Please note that no applications will be processed outside the application period!
