Florian Fleischmann is CEO and co-founder of HRForecast. The company deals with data-driven decision making, disruptive technologies and next-generation workforce management. It was founded in 2014 as a spin-off of THI Ingolstadt, because the business idea behind HRForecast came to the founding team - all graduates of THI - during their studies.

HRForecast is one of the 'Deloitte 2019 Technology Fast 50' - one of the 50 fastest growing technology start-ups in Germany. The focus of the company, which employs a good 30 people, is on people analytics, big data and artificial intelligence with a focus on human resources and labor market management.

HRForecast operates internationally; more than half of the DAX companies use it.

Florian Fleischmann founded his first IT company at the age of 14 and then began a dual study program at Siemens and at THI. During his studies he founded HRForecast together with fellow students. Before founding the company, he worked for Siemens and Nokia in the financial sector.

Together with Christian Vetter, he now heads HRForecast, which is currently active in over 20 countries.
