Paula Hase is head of the "Business & Performance Controlling" team at Bayerische Landesbank. Together with her team, she is responsible for managing the business divisions and subsidiaries. This includes all controlling-specific issues such as current performance development, planning/forecasting and the participation, design and implementation of target group-oriented reporting.
From 2016 to 2021, she already worked as a Junior Controlling Specialist. Between 2021 and 2023, she worked as an Executive Board assistant to the CFO and COO and supported him in his areas of responsibility, the Financial Office and the Operating Office.
Paula Hase chose to start her career in 2013 by taking up a dual study program at BayernLB in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Ravensburg. In this combination of theory and practice, she got to know the banking business in all its diversity in the various work stations, passed the examination to become a bank clerk and the trainer aptitude test at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and successfully acquired the relevant scientific foundations in the Business Administration-Banking course. Between 2017 and 2019, she studied part-time at the THI in the Master's degree program in Financial Management and Controlling, also with great success.
