We create added value in the digital world
A large part of our everyday life today is digital. On the one hand, this applies to our private lives, where we use social media or shop online, for example. On the other hand, it also applies to companies, which are increasingly interacting with their customers and employees via digital channels. In the innovative Media Psychology and Digital Business (B.A.) degree program, we focus on how digital situations and experiences can be systematically designed to create added value for customers and companies. To this end, we use and combine findings and methods from media psychology and modern business administration.
