Amela Dizdarevic, former research assistant and lecturer at THI Business School, has successfully completed her Ph.D. For her dissertation entitled "The Impact of Digital Service Innovations in Retail Agglomerations on Retail Destination Attractiveness", she was awarded a doctorate by Aston University, England. Her supervisor at THI was Prof. Dr. Marc Knoppe, Professor of International Retail Management, Strategic Marketing and Innovation Management at THI Business School.
In her Ph.D thesis, Dr. Dizdarevic investigated the question of which digital tools can be used to make local stores and shopping centers more attractive to customers again.
During her doctorate, Dr. Dizdarevic published numerous scientific articles and publications and received several awards for them.
