As part of a sales project, students in the Master of Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School carried out a comprehensive market and competition analysis for HEY-SIGN, a renowned manufacturer of designer felt products. The focus was on the current product portfolio in the areas of living, working, decorating and lifestyle.
The team developed concrete recommendations for the redesign of target group segments and the product portfolio. In addition, proposals were developed for optimizing the sales structure, the brand presence and the online store in order to further expand HEY-SIGN's market position.
Projects with partners from the business world, such as this one, are an integral part of all courses at THI Business School. The aim is to illustrate the practical relevance to students.
