Initiative to promote female professors nominated for Diversity Award

Prof. Dr. Claudia Lieske, Professor of International HR Management at THI Business School, has been nominated for the "Impact of Diversity Award 2022" with the "Become a Professor!" campaign of the State Conference of Women's and Equal Opportunity Officers at Bavarian Universities (LaKoF Bayern/HAW). The award is intended to honor remarkable diversity concepts, great initiatives and committed personalities and is offered by a broad association of companies, associations and universities. Everyone has the opportunity to participate in the voting:Interested parties can still cast their vote here for Lieske's and her fellow campaigners' project until February 18, 2022.

The LaKoF initiative aims to recruit more women as professors for Bavarian universities of Applied Sciences. Lieske is involved in it on behalf of the entire THI. She has to compete against almost 200 entries nominated in 14 different categories.
