Students of the master's program Marketing / Sales / Media at THI Business School have optimized the marketing strategy for Mahlo GmbH & Co. KG in Saal/Donau. In two sub-projects, the students analyzed the company's brand positioning and developed recommendations for improvement. Secondly, they presented their own ideas for designing Mahlo's customer journey, i.e. the process from approaching potential customers to the purchase decision for a specific product.
For the project, the students examined in detail the company's appearances on various social media channels and trade fairs as well as its homepage. They also interviewed some regular customers.
Prof. Dr. Bernd Scheed, Professor of International Management and Marketing, supervised the project on the THI Business School side. Practical projects like this one with cooperation partners from industry are an integral part of all courses of study at THI Business School.
