Students of the master's program the Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School worked with Petra Scherer, lecturer in Strategic Sales Management, on a project for BÜCHL Entsorgungswirtschaft GmbH. The goal was to develop growth strategies for the waste management company.
Using comprehensive market and customer analyses, the students examined the potential for BÜCHL Entsorgungswirtschaft GmbH. Among other things, the analyses revealed an already strong presence in the region. Likewise, the company has a very good positioning in the area of sustainability. Here, BÜCHL plays a pioneering role in the industry.
Projects with partners from the business world, such as this one, are an integral part of all degree programs at THI Business School. The aim is to illustrate to students the link to practice.
