Students of the Master's program Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School worked with lecturer Prof. Dr. Bernd Scheed on a project for the Möbelhof Group. The aim of the project was to determine customer satisfaction at the respective locations in Parsberg and Ingolstadt with the help of mystery shopping test purchases and a customer survey on the shopping experience in the furniture store.
The results of the project were presented to the management board of the Möbelhof Group on site in Ingolstadt. Bernd Wölfl, Chief Marketing Officer of the Möbelhof Group, was enthusiastic about the presentation: "The project results were very impressive and will help us to further improve the shopping experience in our furniture stores."
