As part of a sales project, students in the Master's program Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School advised the Fürth-based Ringfoto Group, Europe's largest photo retailer association. They developed strategic recommendations for optimizing the online presence, for customer loyalty measures and for pricing alignment.
Market research included an online survey of the target group under 35 and mystery calls and mystery purchases at Ringfoto photo retailers. Objective was to examine the customer experience and quality of advice in retail. The team presented the project results to the management of the Ringfoto Group on site in Fürth. The project was supervised by Prof. Dr. Bernd Scheed.
Practical learning - directly in cooperation with companies and experts from the business world - is one of the core areas of teaching at the THI Business School.
