New arrival at THI Business School: Dr. Huong Pham becomes junior professor of business psychology

On October 1, 2024, Dr. Huong Pham started as a junior professor of business psychology at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) Business School. Dr. Pham brings with her an impressive academic career: She studied psychology (B.Sc.) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) and completed her master's degree in business, organizational and social psychology. In 2022, she completed her doctorate in the field of cognition and leadership at LMU.

Before joining THI, Dr. Pham gained valuable experience as a PostDoc in research projects at the University of St. Gallen, where she focused on the topics of diversity, equity, and leadership. As part of the “practice track” of the funding program for junior professorships, she will work half time at THI and half time in an industrial company in the coming years. Her specialist mentor at the THI is Prof. Dr. Eric Eller.

Dr. Pham will primarily be involved in teaching the Bachelor's degree programm “Media Psychology and Digital Business (B.A.)” and will pass on her expertise in business psychology to the students.
