Andrea Raab, professor at THI Business School, attended an exciting panel discussion on the topic of platforms as a speaker at the Gesundheitswirtschaftskongress (Health Industry Congress) 2023 in Hamburg. There, she compared platforms to a Lego game in which every player can participate who can contribute the right building blocks. The "building" that emerges must ultimately benefit the patient or healthcare consumer by improving their quality of life.

Raab was particularly pleased with the "book tips of the congress". For it was there that the book "Plattformökonomie im Gesundheitswesen” (Platform Economy in Healthcare), which she published with Prof. Dr. Christian Stummeyer and Prof. Dr. Moritz Behm at Springer-Verlag earlier this year, was officially featured. Prof. Heinz Lohmann, president of the congress and author of the foreword to the book, congratulated on the successful work.
