Ronja Reinwald, student at THI Business School, has received one of the two study awards of the Munich Chamber of Tax Consultants. The President of the Munich Chamber of Tax Consultants, Prof. Dr. Hartmut Schwab, conveyed his congratulations. Due to the Corona pandemic, the award ceremony could not take place in person.
The Neuburg native received the award for her outstanding achievement in her bachelor's thesis. Reinwald investigated in which cases the application of the right of usufruct is particularly suitable and how it can be used for optimal tax structuring, for example in the case of company succession or of inheritance. Prof. Dr. Markus Alt, Professor for Private Business Law and Fiscal Law at THI Business School, supervised her work.
Reinwald completed her bachelor's degree in business administration in a practical partnership with an Ingolstadt-based tax consulting and auditing firm. She currently works for a large auditing firm and is continuing her studies in parallel at THI in the master's degree program in Taxation and Accounting. Afterwards, she plans to take the tax consultant exam.
Since 2005, the Munich Chamber of Tax Consultants has honored particularly successful final theses on the subject of tax law. The awards are endowed with prize money of 1,500 euros each.
