In a sales project, four students from the Master's degree program in Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School worked together with the local furniture store Möbelhof to develop concepts for increasing the frequency of visits to the company's brick-and-mortar stores.
The MVM team carried out a detailed market and competition analysis and surveyed visitors on site about their expectations and preferences. On this basis, the students developed the cornerstones of an omnichannel customer journey for furniture purchases, which they then presented to Möbelhof's management. The project was supervised by Prof. Dr. Bernd Scheed.
The project with Möbelhof impressively demonstrates how theory and practice can be brought together in studies at the THI Business School.
