Workshop on CFO dashboards for FMC students

Students on the Financial Management and Controlling (FMC) Master's program at THI Business School had the opportunity to take part in a workshop on the CFO dashboard with Power BI in mid-November. This workshop was held by the financial consultancy WTS Advisory in Munich. Dr. Mandy Habermann, Professor of International Accounting and Finance, organized this workshop for her lecture "Corporate Planning and Reporting".

Using a specific case, the students learned about the design options for dashboards. They then worked in groups to create a dashboard for a CFO using the Power BI software and presented their results. After the workshop, there was a get-together between the students and WTS employees. Over pizza and beer, the students had the opportunity to talk to WTS employees about WTS and possible career paths.
