Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt among the ten most popular universities in Germany

In the "University Ranking 2021" of the online portal Studycheck.de, Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) took seventh place out of more than 500 universities for applied sciences evaluated. As one of the most popular universities in Germany, THI is now entitled to bear the distinction "Top University of Applied Sciences in Germany".

THI President Prof. Dr. Walter Schober comments: "We are very pleased that THI has done so well in the evaluations by students and alumni. This is thanks to the high level of commitment of our professors and other teaching staff. We see the award as an incentive to continue to focus on good teaching."

The ranking is based on the evaluations of more than 43,000 users of studycheck.de for colleges and universities last year. Students and alumni have the opportunity to award up to five stars in reviews of their institution and to decide whether they would recommend the college or university to others.

Prospective students will soon have another opportunity to learn more about THI for themselves: At the Online Open Campus event, which will take place on 27 March from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., the THI's student advisory service, together with professors, students and company partners, will provide an overview of the university's study programmes.
